5, in line with any of the above, and participate in relevant training to reach the standard teaching hours.

☆ Enterprise Human Resource Manager (Level 2):

1. Having worked in this profession for more than 3 years after obtaining the third-class vocational qualification certificate of this profession;

2. Ph.D. in human resource management and related majors;

3, master's degree, engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years;

4. Bachelor degree, and engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years;

5. Engaged in this occupation 13 years or more;

6, in line with any of the above, and participate in relevant training to reach the standard teaching hours.

Training purpose

According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of People's Republic of China (PRC) on employment access system, human resource managers must hold certificates.
