(4) Introduce typical accident cases and lessons of enterprises, common sense of emergency rescue and disaster relief, and reporting procedures of industrial accidents. Factory-level safety education is generally conducted by the enterprise safety technology department for 4- 16 hours. 2. Incomplete education level

The so-called three-level safety education is the three-level safety education at the factory level, the branch (workshop) level and the team level. Without level 1, it can't be called level 3 safety education.

3. Insufficient education time.

According to Article 9 of the Safety Training Regulations for Production and Business Units promulgated by Order No.3 of state administration of work safety:

The initial safety training time of the main person in charge of the production and business operation entity and the safety production management personnel shall not be less than 32 hours. The annual retraining time shall not be less than 12 class hours.

The primary safety training time for the principals and safety production management personnel of coal mines, non-coal mines, dangerous chemicals, fireworks and firecrackers, metal smelting and other production and business units shall not be less than 48 hours, and the annual retraining time shall not be less than 16 hours.

However, in our actual implementation, there is a phenomenon of "cutting corners" and the education time is seriously insufficient.

4. The educational content is out of date.

The content of three-level safety education should be adjusted and supplemented according to the changes of the times. However, the three-level safety education textbooks in some units have been consistent for many years, with outdated content and lack of pertinence and practical educational significance.

When carrying out safety education, we should pay attention to the diversification of content, because according to the normal training procedures, the factory-level safety training for new employees should be three days (24 hours). 5. The form of education is monotonous.

Three-level safety education can be carried out in many forms, but some of our units are single and outdated, and always instill three-level safety education in the classroom, which is boring and unattractive. In fact, three-level safety education can be combined with classroom teaching in the form of visits, seminars and speeches, and the effect will be better.

6. Education is just a formality.

Some units did not strictly follow the requirements when conducting three-level safety education. For example, some only educate and don't take exams, others talk about exam questions, deal with things and go through the motions, which have not played their due role at all.

Safety is a matter of life. Three-level safety education is the first formal safety education for new employees when they enter the factory.
