Introduction to sports dance

Sports dance is also called "international standard ballroom dance". One of the sports. It is a walking duet competition with men and women as partners.

There are two events and ten kinds of dances. Modern dance groups include waltz, Viennese waltz, tango, foxtrot and quickstep, while Latin dance groups include rumba, cha-cha, samba, cowboy and bullfighting.
