Specific rules of chess

Chess, also called chess, is a board game played by two people. Let's take a look at the relevant rules!

rule

Puckilo's law

Chess consists of black and white pieces. Whether it is a white field of vision or a black field of vision, the lower right corner of the board must be white, the white must be placed on top of the white, and the black must be placed on top of Haig. White King is in e 1 grid, and Nidhogg is in e8 grid.

Chess rule

Chess is a game in which one side plays white and the other side plays black. The game is played by white players first, one step at a time, and both sides take turns to play popular chess until the game is over. The general movement of various pieces is as follows:

Wang (k): You can walk horizontally, vertically or obliquely, but you can only walk one step at a time. The king can't give food, that is, any grid controlled by the enemy, and his own king can't enter. Otherwise, it will be regarded as a "sending the king" foul, and three times will be negative.

(1) Except for translocation, the king can walk to any adjacent square that has not been attacked by the opponent's chess pieces, and can only take one step.

(2) Translocation is carried out by Wang and any of his own cars, which is still a step for Wang.

After (q): You can walk sideways, straight or sideways, with unlimited steps, but you can't cross the child.

Car (R): You can walk horizontally or vertically, and the number of steps is not limited. You can't walk sideways. You can't cross the car except the king's car translocation.

Figure (b): You can only walk sideways. There is no limit to the number of squares. You can't cross them. At the beginning, there were two elephants on each side, one was a white dove and the other was Haig.

Horse (n): In each move, move one square horizontally or linearly, and then move one square diagonally; Or walk one square diagonally, and then walk one square horizontally or vertically (that is, walk the word "day"). You can cross, and there is no "vault" restriction in China chess.

Soldier (P): You can only go straight. You can only walk one square at a time. But when you take the first step, you can walk one or two squares. The way to eat soldiers is different from the direction of playing chess. It is straight and oblique, that is, if a soldier has an opponent's chess piece in the diagonal square, he can eat it and occupy the square.

In chess, there are three special ways of playing besides the general ways of playing chess pieces:

Eating soldiers on the road: If the opponent's soldiers play chess for the first time and go straight into two squares, it happens that their own soldiers are tied tightly to them horizontally, then their own soldiers can immediately come over and eat each other's soldiers, which is a move. This action must be done immediately, and it will be invalid after waiting. Write it as "en passant" or "en pt", which means "passing by" in French.

Soldier promotion change: when any of our soldiers reaches the opponent's bottom line, they can be promoted to any kind of chess except "king" and "soldier", and they can be promoted to "back", "car", "horse" and "elephant" and cannot be changed. This is considered a move. After the change, move according to the rules of the new piece.

Transposition of the king and the car: In each chess game, both sides have a chance to let the king move two squares in the direction of the car, and then the car passes by the king and is placed on the square next to the king as a move executed by the king. Che Wang translocation can be divided into "long translocation" (hind wing translocation, recorded as 0-0-0) and "short translocation" (Wang Yi translocation, recorded as 0-0). King-car translocation is an important strategy in chess, which involves two kinds of chess pieces, king and car, and is a means to reverse the situation or fight again at a critical moment.

There are strict rules and restrictions on the translocation of king cars. King car translocation can only be carried out if and only if the following six conditions are established simultaneously:

1. Neither Wang nor the car used for translocation has moved (that is, Wang was in the original position at the beginning of the game, Wang was in e 1 or e8, and the car was in a 1, a8, h 1 or h8). However, if the king or the car used for translocation has moved before and then returned to its original position, the "king-car translocation" cannot be carried out because it does not conform to "never moved");

2. There are no other chess pieces between Wang and the car used for translocation;

3. Wang Can can't be the "general" of the other side (that is, "car king translocation" can't be used as a means of "should");

4. The grid that Wang passes through cannot be within the attack range of the opponent's chess pieces;

5. The grid where the king arrives cannot be "general" by the other party (that is, the king can't send food);

6. The king and the corresponding car must be in the same horizontal direction (that is, the car obtained through the promotion of soldiers cannot be used for "king car translocation"). Note: This rule was added by the Chess Federation in 1972 to prevent this situation: Imagine a game of chess, assuming that the white king has not moved since the start and is in the position of e 1, then if the white side succeeds in moving a soldier to the position of e8 on the opponent's bottom line and becomes a car (see the rules for soldiers' ascending and descending), it will be in a straight line with the king, satisfying. At this time, you can also translate the king car (because the rule 1 stipulates that the corresponding car has not moved, but the upgraded car has not moved and is walking before). Max Pam discovered this trick and adopted it by the players in the game. In order to prevent this kind of action that is not used to examination and approval but does conform to the regulations, the Chess Federation added this rule.

There are some misunderstandings about the law of Che Wang's translocation. It is hereby declared that the above six points shall prevail. When the above rules are met and the following situations occur, the car king is allowed to be translocated:

1. Wang Wei is being called a "general", but he was a "general" before;

2. The car used for translocation is being attacked by the other party;

3. In the long translocation, the grid that the car passes through is within the attack range of the opponent.

The above three points do not affect the translocation of Che Wang. Note: in the race, the king must be moved first, and then the car must be moved, otherwise it will be judged as the movement of the car, and the translocation of the king and the car will be invalid.

Chess move

King)-The king is the most important chess piece in the whole game. He can walk horizontally, vertically and obliquely, but he can only walk one square in each turn, and the position of his walk must not be threatened by the opponent's chess piece, otherwise it will be regarded as "illegal movement". At any time, the kings of both sides should not be put together.

Queen)-The queen is the strongest piece in the chess game. She can walk sideways and obliquely, and the number of squares is unlimited.

Rook)-Just like China chess, the car goes in a straight line sideways, and the number of squares is not limited, and diagonal lines are not allowed.

Bishop)-elephants can only walk sideways, with no limit on the number of squares, but they can't turn. That is, the white elephant can only appear in the white elephant, and Haig's elephant can only appear in Haig.

Horse (Knight)-Like China chess, the horse moves with the word "day". The difference is that there is no "trip" restriction on chess and horses.

Soldiers can move forward one or two squares in the first step, and then they can only move forward one square at a time, and they can't retreat. When eating the opponent's chess pieces, he will eat obliquely forward.

O Upgrade)-When a soldier reaches the opponent's bottom line (that is, the farthest line from his own side) and can't go any further, the player can choose to upgrade the soldier to a car, a horse, an elephant or the rear.

O Eating soldiers on the road (on the way)-When one of the soldiers takes the first step and the other soldier is next to each other, it is another convenience to eat the soldier in front as a soldier, and the way to eat is to lean forward. But those who eat the road soldiers must eat immediately, or they will lose the opportunity forever.

Castling)-At any time, when there are no chess pieces between the king and the car, the king is not threatened by other generals, the cars involved in the translocation and the squares between the king and the car are not threatened by other chess pieces, and when the king and the car have never moved, you can move the king over the car and move it two squares, and then move the car directly to the other side of the king and put it in the adjacent squares of the king. If there are two sides between the king and the car, it is called "short translocation" and the three sides are called "long translocation". Wang Yidan moved, even if he returned to his original position, he also lost the right of translocation. Similarly, the moved car also lost the right to participate in the translocation.

Chess symbol

Each grid of the chessboard is identified by a coordinate. Cells in horizontal rows are called grades, and cells in vertical rows are called files. The latest behavior on the chessboard is 1, and the farthest behavior is 8. The leftmost column near the white edge is A and the rightmost column is H, so the coordinate of the lower left corner of the white edge is a 1.

Except soldiers, every chess piece has an English letter, K stands for king, Q stands for queen, R stands for car, N stands for horse, B stands for elephant, and soldiers have no letters. O-o was used to record the translocation of the king car, and o-o-o was used to record the long translocation for the short translocation.

The formal notation is to write the letters of the chess pieces first, and then write which box you go to. For example, ng 1-f3 means that the horse goes from g 1 to f3. There is also a shorthand symbol, which only writes the destination and does not write the place, such as rd3, indicating that a car has gone to d3. When two identical fragments can reach the same destination, write the row or column of the source, such as rad3.

If you eat the opponent's chess pieces, add an "X" between the two positions, such as bb5xc6 or bxc6.

In the official time trial, if there are less than five minutes left, there is no need to continue recording.

The victory or failure of chess.

Dying general

When one's own chess piece threatens the other's king, that is, the other's king is within the attack range of our chess piece, it is called "crossing". At this time, it is convenient to find a way to remove our threat, and we need to move the king or block it with other pieces. When the other king has no way to escape, it is convenient for me to "die" the enemy king.

To draw in chess or other board games.

The situation of "drawing lots" stipulated in the rules is as follows:

One of them has no chess to play, and his "king" is not threatened by another "general" but the squares around him are threatened.

Nobody can kill anyone.

One of them asked for a draw and got the consent of the other.

No chess pieces were eaten and no soldiers were moved within fifty rounds.

The same situation was repeated three times.

In addition, several # endpieces that will inevitably lead to a draw are:

Wang versus Wang or Wang Danxiang.

King to king.
