Recently, I have studied the enterprise management course organized by the company, and have a further understanding of enterprise culture, strategic thinking management, performance management and management psychology. Throughout the development process and successful experience of outstanding enterprises in the world, each has a clear, scientific, systematic and sustainable enterprise management method. Combined with the current development of CSCL, I think we still need to make continuous efforts to build a set of enterprise management system suitable for ourselves, which should include the following aspects: with the continuous development and growth of CSCL, the scale of the company is also increasing day by day, the pace of economic globalization is getting faster and faster, and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. In this competition, enterprises must constantly improve their overall efficiency and performance if they want to gain competitive advantage all the time. Therefore, through this study, I think CSCL should establish its own performance management system as soon as possible, otherwise the development of enterprises is likely to follow the footsteps of CSCL and stagnate. According to public information, the reasons for the slow development of COSCO Container Lines in recent ten years are, on the one hand, the company's high-level decision-making mistakes, on the other hand, the company's large scale, many branches and long industrial chain, and the lack of effective communication, feedback, trust and encouragement among various departments of the company, which leads to the decrease of COSCO Container Lines' sensitivity to the prosperity of the shipping industry. When the shipping industry is in recession, the company's performance is greatly lost, and when the shipping industry is booming, the company's performance is flat or meager. It fully shows that the company has lost its competitiveness due to the lack of effective performance management system. At present, the company has realized this and is accelerating the construction of international professional managers and strengthening the cooperation effect of various departments.

Therefore, enhancing enterprise cohesion can not only stay in the slogan of the company, but also be guaranteed in the company system. The practice of advanced companies proves that the establishment of a scientific performance management system can improve the performance of employees, enhance the potential of teams and individuals, and enable enterprises to continuously obtain successful management ideas and strategic and integrated management methods. Through performance management, enterprises can realize the sustainable development of performance; Promote the formation of a performance-oriented corporate culture; Motivate employees and make them more engaged in their work; Encourage employees to develop their own potential and improve job satisfaction; Enhance enterprise cohesion and improve team performance; Develop a constructive and open relationship between employees and managers through continuous work communication and exchange; Provide opportunities for employees to express their work wishes and expectations, so that employees and enterprises can grow together. The success of an enterprise lies in choosing the right strategy, which should adapt to the environment in which the enterprise is located. SWOT is the most commonly used scientific analysis method in the world, which is used to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of enterprises. CSCL should also fully analyze the internal and external factors, establish its own analysis matrix, and find its own position in the highly competitive global container market. According to this process, I think the current situation of CSCL is analyzed as follows:

Strengths are: (1) Group brand. (2) Cost advantage of the fleet. (3) Strong market adaptability.

The weakness is: (1) small-scale monopoly. (2) Lack of talents. (3) Information construction is weak.

The opportunity is: (1) global economy. (2) China factor. (3) Group strategy. (4) Support from the capital market.

The threat is: (1) The global container market is increasingly competitive. (2) The continuous rise in oil prices has led to a continuous increase in operating costs.

In view of the above factors, Wang Junheng, an enterprise training lecturer, suggested that the decision-making level of the company should consider the following aspects:

First, keep global thinking. Those who don't seek a lifetime, don't seek a moment; He who does not seek the overall situation is not enough to seek a domain. CSCL's corporate vision is a world-class container transportation logistics enterprise, so we must observe the world with a broad vision, strive to grasp the overall trend and competitive situation of global economic, trade and shipping market development from the overall situation, and enhance foresight and quick response ability with a keen sense of smell; We must break down the barriers between departments and units, take all links of the transportation service chain seriously in the spirit of being responsible for the overall situation, and enhance the awareness of overall coordination.

Second, adhere to the strategy to win. Strategy is the product of competition, and the highest level of competition is the game of strategy. As a global company, CSCL must adhere to the global thinking, always put strategic research in the most important position, grasp the laws and competition trends, and strive to have the first-Mover advantage in the overall development of each stage. Judging from the scale development of international liner shipping capacity, the top three peers have maintained an average annual growth of more than 20% in the past decade. In 20 12 years, Maersk's transportation capacity will reach 2.7 million TEU, Mediterranean Shipping Company will reach10.8 million TEU, and CMA will exceed10.5 million TEU. It can be seen that the capacity gap between super-large liner companies and follow-up shipping companies is widening further, and it will be more and more difficult for follow-up companies to catch up and the pressure of survival will be further increased. The future survival and development of liner companies, first of all, is the competition of scale and strength!

Third, strengthen the management of the Three Refinements. Any excellent enterprise can't be a giant of career, nor can it be a urchin of details. Attention to detail is the embodiment of ability. Container business has many production links, fine division of labor, many business distribution points, wide geographical area and long lines. Service quality, safe production, cost control and economic benefits are reflected in every link of the whole chain. Only by paying attention to details, grasping process control and strict lean management can CSCL's endless pursuit of excellent enterprise management be reflected.

The above is my learning experience of this course. Please correct my shortcomings.
