2. Entry into force
(1) When receiving the driving signal, the signal should be clear, and if it is not clear, don't drive.
(2) Operate the master controller to start the motor according to the motor operation regulations, and push the working brake evenly at the same time.
(3) The main sequence is that the controller handle should be pushed down to the full-speed position gradually, and it is not allowed to push down to the full-speed position quickly, and all kinds of vertical speed should be mastered according to the horizontal position.
(4) The next car should be powered on and not powered off.
(5) Pay attention to whether the indicating positions of voltmeter, ammeter and depth indicator are normal when driving, and slow down in time before reaching the parking position.
Step 3 stop the car
(1) When stopping, push the handle of the main controller to the stop position, and at the same time, uniformly operate the working braking position to the braking position, and the winch stops running.
(2) When parking with load, the driver shall not leave the winch.
(3) In case of emergency stop for some reason, release the release switch, press the brake and stop without power. It is forbidden to move the train before troubleshooting.
(4) After the driver leaves the winch, he must be locked by power failure.

1, winch drivers must pass the technical training examination and hold relevant certificates.
2. The driver must know the structure, performance, principle, main technical parameters, traction capacity and intact standard of the operated coal mine winch, and will conduct general inspection, maintenance, lubrication and troubleshooting.
3. The driver must know the basic situation of the winch and roadway, such as: length, slope, variable slope section, middle horizontal parking lot (parking lot), support mode, track condition, safety facilities configuration, signal contact mode, traction length, specified number of tractors, etc.
4.
