(1) No nurses.

(2) N 1 nurse:

1. Qualifications: working for 1-3 years, and obtaining a nurse's practice license.

2. Ability requirements: able to independently manage patients with stable conditions (mastering basic nursing theory, various nursing operations, techniques and common first aid techniques, able to solve common nursing problems in our hospital: able to independently carry out general nursing and independently serve as nursing shifts and responsible nurses).

3. Scope of work: To undertake the work of a responsible nurse.

(3) Nurse N2:

1. Qualifications: 3-8 years of work, with the title of nurse.

2. Ability requirements: ① Ability to independently manage seriously ill patients (proficient in basic nursing, specialist nursing and common first aid techniques, able to independently and accurately evaluate, judge and handle nursing problems in this major); ② Ability to participate in clinical teaching and management.

3. Scope of work: to undertake the work of the responsible nurse and the responsible team leader, or to concurrently serve as a teaching nurse and a quality control nurse.

(4) Nurse N3:

1. Qualifications: bachelor degree or above, working for more than 8 years, working for more than 7 years and obtaining the title of nurse or nurse in charge.

2. Ability requirements: ① Ability to manage critically ill patients independently (solid professional knowledge of clinical nursing, proficient in basic and specialized nursing techniques, and mastering the nursing of this major and critically ill patients); (2) Have the ability of clinical teaching and research, department management and specialist guidance. (3) Have the ability to undertake the related work of the nursing quality control group in the department, and participate in or preside over the nursing quality improvement activities and adverse events discussion.

3. Scope of work: to undertake the work of the responsible nurse and the responsible team leader, or to concurrently serve as a teaching nurse and a quality control nurse.

(5) Nurse N4:

1. Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above, working for 10 years or more, with the title of nurse in charge or above.

2. Ability requirements: ① Responsible for specialized nursing of difficult and critical patients (with rich clinical nursing experience, able to solve complex and difficult nursing problems in this major based on evidence, and master specialized theory, knowledge and skills skillfully; Master the principles and skills of first aid for critically ill patients and play an important role in first aid and rescue); (2) To undertake nursing consultation, hospital-wide nursing consultation, specialist guidance, nursing research, etc. (I have the ability to guide professional nurses to effectively carry out specialized nursing, organize and guide clinical and teaching, and I am an academic leader of my major, tracking and mastering new theories and technologies at home and abroad in time.

3. Scope of work: undertake the work of the responsible nurse and the responsible team leader; Or part-time teaching nurses, quality control nurses and other work.
