1. Qualifications: bachelor degree or above, working for more than 8 years, working for more than 7 years and obtaining the title of nurse or nurse in charge.
2. Ability requirements: ① Ability to manage critically ill patients independently (solid professional knowledge of clinical nursing, proficient in basic and specialized nursing techniques, and mastering the nursing of this major and critically ill patients); (2) Have the ability of clinical teaching and research, department management and specialist guidance. 1. Qualifications: Bachelor degree or above, working for 10 years or more, with the title of nurse in charge or above.

Ability requirements: ① Responsible for specialized nursing of difficult and critical patients (with rich clinical nursing experience, able to solve complex and difficult nursing problems in this major based on evidence, and master specialized theory, knowledge and skills skillfully; Master the principles and skills of first aid for critically ill patients and play an important role in first aid and rescue); (2) To undertake nursing consultation, hospital-wide nursing consultation, specialist guidance, nursing research, etc. (I have the ability to guide professional nurses to effectively carry out specialized nursing, organize and guide clinical and teaching, and I am an academic leader of my major, tracking and mastering new theories and technologies at home and abroad in time.
