The law examination is a unified qualification examination for engaging in a specific legal profession. Judges, prosecutors, lawyers, notaries, legal advisers, arbitrators (legal affairs) and government departments engaged in administrative punishment decision review, administrative reconsideration and administrative adjudication must pass the legal professional qualification examination. The predecessor of judicial examination is unified judicial examination and lawyer qualification examination. Since 2002, it has absorbed the internal professional qualification examination of the prosecutor's examination and the judge's examination, collectively known as the unified judicial examination. The main contents of the law examination include: theoretical law, applied law, current legal provisions, legal practice and legal professional ethics.
