qualifications
To apply for a forklift driver's license, you need to meet the following conditions: junior high school education or above, at least 18 years old, and in good health; Have a sense of responsibility, love their jobs; Abide by discipline and pass the training of formal training institutions.
Registration process
Prepare your ID card, copy of academic certificate, recent bareheaded photos, safety education and training certificate from the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, and internship certificate, and register at the special equipment safety supervision section of the local quality and technical supervision bureaus. After registration, a certain number of people will take a unified exam.
examination fee
The examination is organized by the Examination Center for Special Equipment Operators. According to local standards, the professional and technical theory examination is about 40 yuan/person, and the practical operation examination is about 120 yuan/person.
