High authority

The highest authority is the National Congress of Members. The National Congress of Members is held every five years, and the Council and the Standing Council are elected. The Standing Council is the executive body of the National Congress of its members, and leads the Association to carry out its daily work when the National Congress is not in session.

The association has set up 18 collection committees on calligraphy and painting, ceramics, coins, stone appreciation, jade, red, tickets, automobiles, handicrafts, books and newspapers, playing cards, treasures of the study, purple sand art, classical furniture, tobacco, alcohol and tea art, sports collection, national art and international art.

Advisory and Evaluation Expert Committee:

According to the needs of its members and collectors, the Association has organized a group of senior scholars and experts with high theoretical research level and rich practical experience who enjoy high reputation in the cultural relics and collection circles at home and abroad to form the "China Collectors Association Advisory and Appraisal Expert Committee" to undertake the appraisal of various collections.
