3. Parts with special requirements should be processed, welded and prepared before installation to ensure the normal connection between parts.
4. Measure and correct the thickness of the steel plate to ensure that all parts are not bent and deformed during installation.
5. Conduct performance tests, such as air tightness test, durability test, impact performance test and sound insulation benefit test.
6. Pay attention to the implementation of quality supervision and dust prevention and hygiene during construction, and pay attention to the scheduling of pumping stations to avoid casualties;
7. The assembling kit is quickly positioned and fixed to ensure that the exposed part of the earthwork will not infringe on the podium;
8. The last step is the final acceptance measurement, such as elevation dimension correction, air tightness/acoustics/heat insulation/durability/mechanical and physical characteristics evaluation, etc.
