The formulation of laws has a guiding role. The Cyber Security Law has effectively deterred illegal acts such as hacker attacks in cyberspace, and provided a basis for the state to supervise Internet enterprises, Internet behaviors and data sharing. During the exhibition, a number of Internet companies indicated that they had communicated, explained and trained with the competent authorities of Internet information on the relevant provisions of the Cyber Security Law.
