Bill of quantities is a summary list of physical quantities that constitute an engineering entity and can provide pre-tender estimate and tender offer according to the tender documents, construction design drawings, construction site conditions, unified engineering quantity calculation rules formulated by the state, project division and measurement units of sub-projects and relevant legal technical standards. The bill of quantities is the basis for compiling the pre-tender estimate and bidding quotation of a project subject to tender, as well as for paying the project progress payment, handling the project settlement, adjusting the engineering quantity and claiming for the project.
