The script of the play has been carefully polished for six years, and I dare not take it lightly. In order to better show the theme of The National SouthWest Associated University's youth inspirational thought and convey patriotic feelings, the play took six years to polish the script, and successively created and revised 14 versions, and held 72 script discussions.
The main creative staff of the crew also visited Tsinghua, Peking University, Yunnan Normal University School History Museum, Tengchong West Yunnan Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall, Mengzi University of Arts and Sciences Museum and other places many times, earnestly collecting ideas; During the emotional gestation period of the second creation, the founders lived actively, wrote down their experiences and conducted professional knowledge training for one month.
