Zhan Tianyou (1861-1919) is a native of Poyuan, Jiangxi. China's outstanding patriotic engineer and railway engineering expert. He likes studying since he was a child. 1872, Zhan Tianyou, 12 years old, passed the first batch of children's study classes in the United States.
