20 18 1 1.9, the 90-credit advanced training course of biology in Yuhang Senior Middle School was implemented in Yuhang No.2 Middle School and a case study was made. Xu Jianzhong, a biology researcher and special teacher in Hangzhou Teaching and Research Office, Shen Yongchang, a biology researcher in Yuhang District, and more than 20 senior high school biology teachers from all over the region participated in the activity.

In the morning training, Mr. Tong from Pingyao Middle School opened the second round of special review class on enzymes. In this lesson, Mr. Tong first constructed the concept of enzyme-related knowledge through the pre-test of the study plan, presented the students' concept map reasonably, and conducted teaching in the form of group activities, discussions and teachers' summary, so that students could review and deepen their understanding of knowledge and exercise their analytical and expressive skills during the construction of the concept map. Then, through the discussion of enzyme-related experimental design, students' in-depth understanding and application of experimental material selection, experimental principle and experimental matters needing attention are strengthened. Li Shixing, a teacher from Intertech High School, has set up a special review course on energy flow and life system balance, so that students can construct their own mind maps in the form of task cards. In an open and pleasant discussion atmosphere, teachers gradually supplement students, push the design to diversification and refinement, and gradually solve students' knowledge difficulties.

In the afternoon special report activity, Xu Jianzhong, a special teacher in Hangzhou Teaching and Research Section, first commented on the case teaching of two teachers, and then made a detailed report on the development of biology teachers under the new college entrance examination, mainly introducing teachers' personal professional development, the implementation of core literacy, the evaluation and writing of scientific research papers and so on.

This training activity provided senior high school biology teachers who participated in this training with an opportunity to feel the teaching wisdom of famous teachers and listen to the guidance of experts, which strongly stimulated teachers' enthusiasm for actively exploring classroom teaching reform and played a positive role in further building a senior high school biology classroom that released the potential of teachers and students.
