For many years, the author has been engaged in the teaching of power system specialty and the training of high and low voltage electrician's working license. Combined with years of work experience, I think the safety training of special operators can be carried out from the following aspects.

First of all, people's behavior is dominated by ideology, and accidents are often caused by illegal operation or poor thinking, but in the final analysis, it is caused by weak establishment of safety ideology and inadequate management. Therefore, we should intensify propaganda, strengthen legal education for special operators, improve the safety awareness of enterprises and employees, make them change their concepts, turn passivity into initiative, give full play to the main role of enterprises, and actively organize and require special operators to participate in training. Legal education is an aspect of basic safety knowledge education for special operators. The education in this area is mainly through studying the current relevant national laws and regulations, such as the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Work Safety. Through the accumulation of trivial matters and the infiltration of cultural elements, safety culture makes special operators unconsciously produce a tendency of self-discipline and potential norms in safety, makes special operators develop good behavior habits, minimizes the possibility of safety accidents and injuries, and keeps the safety environment of enterprises in a relatively stable state for a long time. Therefore, the safety ideology education of special operators should be regarded as an important part of safety culture, so as to create a strong safety culture atmosphere and enhance the safety awareness of personnel.
Second, choose appropriate teaching materials, make a good training plan, and make clear the training objectives.
The quality of training materials is very important to the quality of special operators. Training content should be based on the characteristics of special operations personnel to prepare teaching materials, highlight key points, and strive to enhance the quality and safety awareness of special operations personnel and master the necessary safety knowledge. Training materials should be compiled by experts or scholars who have been engaged in practical research of this type of work for many years and have rich experience. The content of training materials should be targeted.
