With the commercialization of the above-mentioned new technologies, China's annual demand for communication talents will reach more than 600,000, and the originally tense university communication engineering education will continue to heat up. However, the current situation of personnel training in the communication industry is not optimistic, and the content of traditional communication courses in colleges and universities lags behind, which is seriously out of line with the needs of the industry.

ZTE NC Education Management Center aims to combine ZTE's enterprise training mode with China University's education system to form complementary advantages, so as to produce characteristic educational products that meet the market demand and cultivate a large number of practical talents that are more in line with the development needs of China's communication industry. In accordance with the discipline construction principles and personnel training objectives of the Ministry of Education, ZTE cooperates closely with universities to establish a CNC college in universities. Its goal is to move ZTE's enterprise training to colleges and universities, form a large number of communication professionals who can better meet the needs, and promote the high-quality vocational education of network communication engineers in the whole society.
