Generally speaking, the net assets of secondary communication qualified enterprises are more than 32 million yuan.
The second-level qualification communication enterprise requires the main personnel of the enterprise to meet the following conditions:
(1) At least 6 registered construction engineers majoring in communication, radio and television engineering can apply for the second-class qualification of communication.
(2) The second-class qualification requirements for communication, the technical director has more than 8 years of experience in technical management of engineering construction, and has the senior title of communication engineering or the qualification of a first-class registered construction engineer for communication, radio and television engineering; There shall be no less than 30 people with intermediate or above titles in communication engineering related majors.
(3) There shall be no less than 60 skilled workers at or above the intermediate level who have passed the examination or training.
(4) There shall be no less than 30 construction site management personnel with certificates, and the secondary communication qualification shall be handled only after the builder, quality engineer, safety officer and other personnel are complete.
