The training course ended in just a few days. After several days of study, I think each of us has gained a lot. Personally, as an educator in Agricultural Broadcasting School, I have benefited a lot and felt deeply. This training not only enriched my theoretical knowledge, but also broadened my horizons, updated my ideas and touched my heart. No matter from lectures to dialogues, or from what I have seen and heard, I have gained a lot of knowledge in every moment and every class. In addition, I got together with colleagues from different provinces, cities and counties to exchange work experience and ideas and methods, which comprehensively improved my ideas and working methods and played a good guiding role in my future work.
