Huatai Education and Training School is an adult education and training institution approved by Dongguan Education Bureau. It is mainly engaged in independent classes such as higher education self-study examination, adult higher education, vocational qualification training and internal training of enterprises.

Degree English, also known as Adult English Level 3, is a unified examination organized by the provincial higher education authorities. The purpose of this examination is to objectively test the English language knowledge and application ability of non-English major adult graduates applying for bachelor's degree in this area, and to see whether it meets the general requirements of English teaching for ordinary undergraduate education.
