Do die casting, need to pay attention to safety:

2. The parting surface of the die casting machine (where the die is opened) is very dangerous:

(1) Very hot aluminum alloy will suddenly jump out at work, so be careful to avoid it to prevent burning eyes;

② Don't turn off the die casting machine when working, and don't enter the parting surface of the mold and the crankshaft of the machine at will to prevent others from starting the die casting machine and causing death; Even if the die casting machine is turned off, prevent others from starting the die casting machine!

3. Lift the mold with a crane at a slow speed to prevent the mold hook from loosening, bumping and breaking feet;
