Class c certificate

First, the training course is held once a year.

2. Requirements for students: Anyone 18 years old (male or female) who is healthy and loves football can participate in the training. Third, the training content

1, theoretical part: sports physiology, competition rules, teaching and training theory, coaching profession,

Training methods, coaches and training course organization, football skills and techniques, etc.

2. Practical part: warm-up exercise and football skills (kicking, transporting, controlling, passing, shoveling and shooting).

4. Training time: 24 hours in theory, 36 hours in practice and 6 hours in examination.

5. After obtaining the C certificate, take part in a rotation training class once a year (10 class hour).

Holders of C certificate can coach amateur football teams.
