On the morning of August 3rd, Secretary Zhang, Party Secretary of the Company, first introduced us to the unique corporate culture of the power transmission and transformation company and vividly told us the glorious course of the company's development in the past 50 years. As a giver in Guizhou, I am deeply honored and proud. In the anti-ice rescue in XX years, Song Tiejun of Guizhou did not flinch in the face of the raging ice demon, charged ahead, United as one, bravely resisted, and won this war without smoke. Secretary Zhang told us that the initial power transmission and transformation conditions were quite difficult. Later, due to the change of market system, the benefits of power enterprises are getting better and better, and the popularity of power transmission and transformation enterprises is also greatly improved. In order to shape the corporate image, power transmission and transformation has invested a lot of energy in the construction of corporate communities, and the communities have been rated as national demonstration communities of spiritual civilization. Through training, we have a general understanding of the corporate culture of power transmission and transformation. In the afternoon, Director Sun of the Human Resources Department introduced to us the professional ethics of employees in electric power enterprises, including some strategies for managing enterprises, leadership stressing principles, attaching importance to feelings, uniting and working harmoniously, loving the team strictly, striving to create a happy working atmosphere for everyone, and taking caring for employees as the adhesive for uniting employees in enterprises. At the same time, it also puts forward the concept of clean life and clean work for leaders and managers. I think this is also the code of conduct for every electric power person to restrain himself.
The next day, we had safety and quality training. As a construction enterprise, the safety and quality of production is a link that cannot be ignored in construction. Director Xu of the safety supervision department introduced all aspects of safety construction, including behavior concept and safety principles, personnel requirements, accident handling methods, correct use of safety equipment, civilized construction, etc., which made us have a detailed understanding of safety precautions. The quality training in the afternoon introduced us to the basic eight principles of quality, PDCA cycle management mode and other related knowledge, and also gave us a comprehensive understanding of quality links.
On the third day, we made a field trip. In the morning, we came to Xiaohe Line Equipment Factory, which mainly produces aluminum wires for transmission lines. The large aluminum ingot is melted into aluminum strips by a melting furnace, then drawn into aluminum wires as thin as a brushed sheet, and finally twisted into aluminum stranded wires. The whole production process is highly automated, and it feels like one go. At the same time, the factory also produces various parts of the tower, which are actually very fine and eventually form a huge tower. In the afternoon, we came to the 220kV Zhao Si Substation. As a model project of China Southern Power Grid, substation should be regarded as a masterpiece of construction. Using GIS fully enclosed combined electrical equipment has the advantages of small floor space, low cost and easy management and maintenance. We also visited the conference room and office of the project department. I will go to the first-line internship soon, and I have a forward-looking understanding of the future working environment.
On the fourth day, we went back to the company to study engineering management, which is an area I am very interested in. When the teacher introduced us, he said a lot of electrical knowledge, such as relay protection, which I found a bit novel. It seems that doing this job well requires a solid professional foundation. In the future, I will strengthen my professional study, improve my comprehensive quality and strive to become an excellent employee as soon as possible.
On the last day, we ushered in the most exciting moment, and we will have a discussion with the company's top management. In the spacious and bright conference room of the company, we sat around the round table and faced the top leaders of the company. We were both excited and nervous. Each of our new employees introduced themselves for two minutes. I have expressed my deep feelings these days. As an employee of a construction enterprise, I should not only be prepared for hard work, but also constantly improve my learning ability, teamwork spirit and social responsibility. Only by studying and exercising in the front line of construction can we improve our ability in an all-round way and have better development space in the future. Next, the company leader made a speech. Leaders hope that new employees will integrate into the enterprise as soon as possible and do their jobs well in various positions. And remind us that we are now training in a senior office building, and the conditions will change greatly after arriving at the scene, so we need to be fully psychologically prepared. The company's trade union will build a home for employees, and employees will have another platform for mutual communication and learning. Company leaders require us to be familiar with all aspects of the business, combine with the reality, strengthen learning, including engineering technology, living ability, and most importantly, combine theory with practice. Finally, manager Shi, the general manager of the company, made an important speech. He said that the glory of power transmission and transformation needs our young people to pass on. However, there are still problems such as weak safety management and lack of funds, and the social responsibility is also great. Therefore, manager Shi placed great expectations on our newcomers and put forward several suggestions that benefited us a lot. Finally, we should improve our awareness of learning and innovation and promote the learning atmosphere of grassroots personnel. What impressed me the most was what General Shi said when he left.
