As an important member of the China People's Unity Red Cross Organization and the International Red Cross Movement, it abides by the Constitution and laws, follows the basic principles of the International Red Cross Movement, performs its statutory duties and plays the role of government assistant in the humanitarian field according to the Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols to which China is a party.
