(1) Have a college degree or above (including equivalent education), have been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year, have reached the standard hours stipulated in the formal training of human resource managers, and have obtained the graduation (completion) certificate;
(2) have a college degree (including equivalent education) and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
(3) Have a high school or technical secondary school education, have been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years continuously, have reached the standard hours stipulated in the formal training of this occupation in hr administrator, and have obtained the graduation (completion) certificate;
(4) have a high school or technical secondary school education and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years.
Assistant Human Resource Manager (National Vocational Qualification Level 3)
(1) Engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years.
(2) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the enterprise of Grade IV in this occupation.
(3) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the enterprise in the fourth level of this occupation, he has been engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years continuously, and has been trained by the human resource manager of the enterprise in the third level of this occupation to reach the prescribed standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.
(four) after obtaining a college degree, engaged in this occupation for more than 3 years.
(5) Having been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year after obtaining the undergraduate diploma.
(6) After obtaining the bachelor's degree certificate, after being trained by the human resources manager of the third-level enterprise in this occupation, reaching the prescribed standard hours, and obtaining the certificate of completion.

Human Resource Manager (National Vocational Qualification Level II)
(1) Have been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 3 years1.
(2) Having worked in this profession for more than 5 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the human resource manager of the third-level enterprise in this profession.
(three) after obtaining a college degree, engaged in this occupation for more than 7 years.
(4) Engaged in this occupation for more than 5 years after obtaining the bachelor's degree certificate.
(5) Having worked in this occupation for more than 2 years after obtaining a master's degree or above.
Senior human resource manager of an enterprise (with one of the following conditions): (national vocational qualification level 1)
(1) After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of a professional human resource manager, he has been engaged in the professional work for more than 3 years continuously, has been formally trained by a professional senior human resource manager to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the graduation (completion) certificate;
(2) have obtained a doctorate in this major or related major and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.
Application process
Inspection procedure:
First, register with professional skill appraisal institutions or agencies in various provinces and labor and social security departments.
Second, the registration conditions are reviewed by the provincial vocational skill appraisal institutions.
Three, after passing the examination, pay the examination fee, and receive the admission ticket after paying the fee.
Four, to participate in the national examination, the examination room by the provincial occupation appraisal center unified arrangement.
Fifth, after the exam, inform the exam results and issue certificates within three to four months (those who fail can make up the exam).

Examination method: The examination is divided into two papers, both written. Volume one is basic knowledge, volume two is skill operation, and level two requires thesis defense.
Application mode
