Third, the operation preparation

Article 13. Underground electrical maintenance workers should check and count the tools, instruments, spare parts and materials they should bring before the eighth well, and check whether the test pen is in good condition.

Fourth, normal operation.

Article 15. The operation of high-voltage switchgear in underground central substation (including horizontal substation) and mining substation with personnel on duty must be cut off by the personnel on duty according to the electrical working ticket and switching operation ticket. The single person on duty should be supervised by maintenance personnel, and the operation of unattended mining area substation, distribution point or mobile substation should be arranged by the maintenance director and supervised by the maintenance director.

Article 16. The maintenance quality of equipment within the scope of maintenance responsibility should meet the requirements of Good Standards for Electrical Equipment in Coal Mines, and the suspension of high and low voltage cables should meet the requirements of relevant Coal Mine Safety Regulations. Equipment overhaul or replacement of spare parts shall meet the requirements of overhaul standards. The production of cable junction box should meet the relevant technological requirements.

Article 17. The short circuit, overload and leakage protection device of the feed switch shall be kept intact, with correct setting value and reliable operation.

Article 18 The installation, operation, maintenance and management of mobile substation must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of 1 140V Interim Provisions on Safety Technology and Operation of Electrical Equipment in Coal Mines issued by the Ministry of Coal, and the installation and maintenance of main and auxiliary grounding electrodes for leakage protection must meet the requirements.

Article 19 All kinds of electrical protection devices shall be correctly set and regularly checked according to the technical requirements of the device and the relevant parameters of the load.

Article 20 the secondary circuit of current transformer shall not be open, and the secondary side grounding wire shall not be open. When the secondary circuit of voltage transformer is charged, measures should be taken to prevent the secondary from sending electricity in the opposite direction to the primary.

Article 2 1. In the process of inspection and maintenance, when it is found that the electrical equipment has lost its explosion, it should be powered off immediately. For the explosion-proof equipment that cannot be recovered on site, it must stop running and report to the relevant leaders.

Twenty-second electrical equipment maintenance, shall not arbitrarily change the original terminal serial number and connection mode, shall not discard the original protection device, shall not arbitrarily modify the setting value.

Article 23 After the leak detection relay trips, it is necessary to find out the tripping reason and fault nature, and eliminate them in time before sending. When the leak detection relay topples, it is forbidden to force the power supply system to send electricity.

Article 24 The connection between the local grounding bolt and the grounding lead of electrical equipment must be reliable, and there is no corrosion. The connected nuts and gaskets shall be coated with rust-proof layer and fastened with check washer. The sectional dimensions and materials of local grounding electrodes and grounding leads shall comply with relevant codes and regulations.

Article 25; The core wire of armored cable must be connected by cold pressing, and binding is prohibited.

Article 26 When connecting shielded cables, the semiconductor shielding layer should be cleaned with trichloroethylene cleaning agent (flame retardant cleaning agent) first. For the metal shielding layer, the metal wire is not allowed to pierce the insulation layer of the core wire. The stripping length of shielding layer should be greater than 0.5~2 times of the minimum creepage distance of Class D insulation with leakage resistance specified in 65438+ national standard.

Article 27 Use ZC? When measuring grounding resistance with 18 measuring instrument:

5. When the galvanometer pointer is close to balance, speed up the speed of the generator handle to above 120 rpm, and adjust the measuring dial so that the pointer points to the black line.

6. When the reading of the measuring dial is less than 1, set the amplification dial to multiply by 1, and then readjust the measuring dial.

7. The dial reading multiplied by the ratio is the measured grounding resistance.
