This made me have a strong interest in this sunrise industry, which prompted me to change my professional role from an ordinary real estate engineering general manager in the original construction industry and dream of becoming a car coach.

20 10 in March, with a beautiful vision, I walked into the gate of Hangzhou driving school.

In the process of coaching practice, due to the lack of sufficient understanding of the driving and training industry, imagine that car coaching is just a simple example. But in practice, through the gradual understanding of the teaching mode, I fully realize that automobile coaching is a comprehensive teaching behavior that integrates knowledge, technology and experience.

20 10 on April 22nd, I was fortunate to be one of the first trainee coaches who went to Hangzhou Technician College to take part in automobile coaching training. In this training, the Technician College adopted a training mode combining theory with practice. After fifteen days of intensive training, I benefited a lot, learned a lot of practical teaching methods and means, and added a lot of new "blood" for myself, which is of great help to improve my teaching level.

During the training and study, President Qiu Qifeng of Xiasha Sub-branch gave me full guidance and help. Through peer-to-peer, example and simulation teaching, I understand for the first time the professional ethics and personal accomplishment of a qualified automobile coach, from the role of a driver to a professional teacher who teaches and dispels doubts, from a selfish driver to a coach who serves students.

The second is to coordinate the relationship between coaches and students and create a harmonious learning atmosphere;

1, learn to smile. Smiling can relieve students' tension and pressure, reduce the strangeness between teachers and students, and narrow the distance between teachers and students. All unpleasantness can be resolved without trace in a smile.

2. Learn to listen. Many students, especially girls, will complain or complain involuntarily because of their lack of confidence and tension.

Thirdly, we should master the characteristics of students, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, foster strengths and avoid weaknesses, and prescribe the right medicine to help students adjust their mentality. While teaching driving skills, coaches should be good psychologists, understand the law of students' psychological changes, and adopt certain methods and means to effectively control and adjust the students' psychological state, which not only has immediate effect on students, but also prepares them for future driving.

Fifteen days of training completely changed me. As a new coach, I understand that I must have strong theoretical knowledge and professional skills, otherwise I can't undertake the teaching task of teaching people by car.

After fifteen days of study, I have more clearly realized the importance of quality education and means in coach teaching. This knowledge is really helpful to us.
