What is the target subject of training evaluation?
The main objects of training evaluation are performance evaluation and responsibility evaluation. Performance evaluation is the evaluation of training results, including trainees' personal learning achievements and their contribution to the organization after training, and it is the focus of training evaluation. Responsibility evaluation is to evaluate the responsibility of the department or trainer in charge of training, with the aim of further clarifying the training direction and improving the training.
