The main objects of training evaluation are performance evaluation and responsibility evaluation. Performance evaluation is the evaluation of training results, including trainees' personal learning achievements and their contribution to the organization after training, and it is the focus of training evaluation. Responsibility evaluation is to evaluate the responsibility of the department or trainer in charge of training, with the aim of further clarifying the training direction and improving the training. Training evaluation needs certain evaluation indicators, and performance evaluation indicators include: reaction, learning, behavior and results. Responsibility evaluation indicators include training plan evaluation indicators, training facilities evaluation indicators, training teachers evaluation indicators, training materials evaluation indicators, training effect evaluation indicators. Training evaluation methods include questionnaire survey, test, performance appraisal and field measurement. Training responsibility assessment is mainly conducted by the competent training department and its responsible person for self-summary and evaluation, so as to affirm achievements, find out gaps and improve training.
