Legal analysis: vocational skills training is determined according to the training time, which is generally about 10 days (80 class hours) and the longest is no more than 15 days (120 class hours); Within 10 days (including 10 days), the subsidy per person per day is 150 yuan, and after 10 days, the subsidy per person per day is 100 yuan. Five types of personnel can only enjoy the same type of vocational training subsidies once a year (excluding participation in entrepreneurship training), and may not apply repeatedly.

The registered assessment and appraisal institutions are responsible for the assessment and appraisal of workers' vocational skills.
