Reflections on Wang Lizhen's Lecture on "Psychological Knowledge Education"
Yesterday (April 15) afternoon, I listened carefully to Wang Lizhen's psychology lecture "Education with Psychological Knowledge". Teacher Wang's language is kind and infectious. The cited examples are close to the teaching practice and are of great help to teachers.

First of all, as a teacher, we should keep learning and improve our teaching quality and class management ability. Students are developing people, students are individual people and students are systematic people. As Professor David Shen said: "If you want to educate students well, you must keep up with them;" If you want to keep up with the students, you must keep yourself stable; If you want to stabilize yourself, you must stabilize your heart; To live in your heart, you must have wisdom; If you want to be smart, you must learn and grow. "Only by constantly learning and reading some spiritual books can we cope with the changes of students, become their friends and really get along with them.

Teachers should cultivate a key to communicate with students. Language is an important form of communication with students. Gentle and drizzling communication can often win the trust and recognition of students, and that kind of strict communication will cause students' disgust and even disgust. Looking back on my life and work, I find that I sometimes don't do well enough. When communicating with students, the expression should be serious and the tone should be imperative. Think about it. Do students like such teachers? Teacher Wang Lizhen's lecture is like a mirror, comparing with his own behavior, reflecting on improper practices, correcting himself in time, and being a perfect person.

Third, learn to accept students' differences. The students in the class come from different families and have different personalities and IQs. Because of the differences, students' grades are of course different. After every exam, there are always some students whose grades are worrying. The results of these students are also the students who have fallen behind in the class. They are often harsh, and they have a feeling that iron will not produce. Students will be nervous and afraid when they see something wrong with their teachers. After listening to the video "Like a piece of land, there is always a seed" shared by Wang Lizhen, I understand that every student always has his own way to survive, and grades are not the only way out. Therefore, in the future, we should cultivate our own hearts and learn to accept students' differences; Discover students' specialties, appreciate each student's specialties, enhance students' self-confidence, and let students tell themselves, "I can do it."

Education is awakening, the call of soul to soul, and the watering of soul with soul. Using psychological knowledge to do education will make our hearts more calm, accept students' differences frankly, deepen communication with students, and be students' favorite teachers and guides.
