Third, put management into practice.

Fourth: advantages and disadvantages in the work.

But there are also disadvantages: lack of initiative, because I am too relaxed after work. In addition, I lack a deep understanding of management theory and business knowledge. In the future work, I will work harder to improve myself and constantly sum up experiences and lessons. If there is anything wrong in my work, I need the leadership to criticize and correct me. Wuji is a systematic company leading the similar video game industry. However, if the company wants to develop rapidly and be in a leading position in the industry, it needs to be improved in many aspects.

First, strict institutionalized management.

If a company does not have a strict management system, the whole company is like a loose sand, without constraints and cohesion, how can it improve efficiency? A good system is difficult to implement. Every time the company formulates a system, it will try it out for a period of time before it is formally implemented. When implementing the management system, no matter who it is, everyone is equal before the system.

Second: internal management.

We need to establish a core corporate culture, which is the basis of value. With the spiritual pillar of unity, the whole team has the same goal and the same pace, and the enterprise has the motivation for sustainable development. I suggest holding small internal training courses frequently to improve the professional quality of employees.

Third, create an atmosphere of healthy competition among employees.

According to the experience of these months, the responsibility is refined to individuals, which can avoid the phenomenon of laziness.
