(1) Supporting the articles of association;

(2) Having the will to join the association;

(3) The unit member has the legal person qualification (the branch shall be approved by the legal person), has been approved or filed by the People's Bank of China (or an authorized institution of the People's Bank of China), and has entered the inter-bank market to engage in related business;

(4) Individual members shall have full capacity for civil conduct, and be practitioners in the interbank market or experts and scholars in related fields; (5) Other conditions required by the Association.

Procedure:

(1) submitting an application for membership;

(two) discussed and approved by the Standing Council;

(3) The Council authorized the secretariat of the Association to issue the membership certificate.

Rights:

The right to vote, to be elected and to vote;

(two) have the right to ask the association to safeguard its legitimate rights and interests from damage;

(three) have the right to reflect opinions and suggestions to the relevant departments through the association;

(four) the right to develop new products and engage in new business according to the self-discipline management regulations of the association;

(five) the right to participate in training, meetings and other services organized by the association;

(six) criticism, suggestions and supervision of the work of the association;

(7) Freedom of voluntary membership and withdrawal;

(eight) other rights stipulated in the resolution of the general assembly.

Member obligation

(a) abide by the articles of association and various rules and regulations;

(2) Implementing the resolutions of the Association;

(three) to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the association;

(four) actively participate in the activities organized by the association and complete the work assigned by the association;

(five) in accordance with the provisions of the association to reflect the situation and provide relevant information;

(six) to pay membership fees in accordance with the provisions;

(seven) other obligations stipulated in the resolution of the general assembly.

Member withdrawal

Members who voluntarily withdraw from the association shall notify the association in writing and return their membership cards. If a member fails to pay the membership fee or participate in the activities of the association for one year, it will be deemed as automatic withdrawal. If a member seriously violates the articles of association, the Council or the Standing Council will vote to cancel his membership. Unit members shall have unit representatives to perform their duties in the association. The replacement of unit representatives by unit members shall report to the Association in writing, which shall take effect after being confirmed by the Standing Council. The successor unit representative will automatically replace the former unit representative in the association.
