It is no exaggeration to say that "Five-dimensional Coach Training Camp" is the most "different" course I have ever attended.
First, the way to enter the training camp is different:
This is a camp open only to graduates of five-dimensional coaching leadership;
This is a camp that needs a lot of time and energy and needs to meet the assessment requirements before applying;
This is a free training camp that costs nothing.
Second, the content of each training camp is different.
According to Gao Ping, this coach training camp is the fourth phase, but what she said in each phase is different. Why? She said: Because the students in each period are different and the fields are different, each class is refined and sublimated through the last training camp.
Third, there are different interpretations of coaching skills.
According to the definition of ICF (International Coaches' Union), coaches support customers to maximize their personal potential by breaking through thinking and activating creativity in their partnership with customers. The coach gives the client companionship and support, but does not directly give answers and help. The teacher said: growth is your own business, not others'. In the process of coaching, boundaries cannot be crossed.
The coach thinks that everyone is ok and has resources. It is necessary to give customers enough time to think and constantly guide TA to find and explore solutions and answers to problems. In this process, the coach needs to let go of control, let go of his inner self who wants to help others, stand in the customer's perspective and give support to the customer as a supporter. By guiding customers to arouse new awareness, new actions and results will be produced.
Fourth, different meditation experiences give me different empowerment.
In the class of training camp, the teacher took us to play several meditation games: walking meditation, deep sea trip, body scanning and so on. Among them, walking and meditation is the most rewarding practice for me, and I intend to turn it into a habit and integrate it into my life.
At first, when Teacher Gao Ping took us for a walk and meditated, I thought it was quite novel (I thought it was silly). Isn't this just walking? Can I still meditate?
At the beginning of the music, the teacher told us to clear our heads and not think about anything ... Bend our knees, slow down, follow the music, lift our feet forward when inhaling, and let our feet land when exhaling ... Slowly, I closed my eyes, inhaled, exhaled, lifted my feet and landed, and I focused my thoughts and all my attention on inhaling ...
Listening to the music, I followed the whole song. It's really amazing to find that I started sweating all over, and I felt the refreshing and comfortable spirit after running and sweating, but after walking Zen, I was as calm as water, and I really enjoyed being with myself.
Five, different listening, let me learn a different state with customers.
? I have heard several teachers talk about listening or 3F listening before, and I feel similar. In this coach training camp, when Gao Ping was the on-site coach of our class, the teacher's listening was different from our usual listening: she suggested that we should not be busy taking notes, let us listen attentively, focus all our attention on the two sides of the conversation, remember attentively, and see the changes in the mood, voice, expression and behavior of the coach and the parties in the process. Let's really experience paying attention to people and discover the state of being with customers. The harmony and communication between body and mind is really warm and touching.
Sixth, I learned different management concepts in my self-growth.
In my usual work, sometimes some colleagues or friends like to discuss and complain with me: I think my personal ability is quite strong, no worse than anyone else. Why is it that some people are already team leaders, but the leaders can't seem to see my Excellence and ability?
? For this problem, I benefited a lot from a speech given by Eric in class. He said, "What if you can't support the people around you? How do you support your team, customers and enterprises? " Back in our work, those who are from self-managers to team managers believe that there will be a shift from immunization to helping others and helping the team.
When I was exploring the deep sea trip, the question popped up in my mind: how to find ways to improve sales performance. At that moment, Gao Ping's words: "A successful entrepreneur can't live without his parents' hearts" floated in my mind. Let me find a way to improve myself and my team:
1. As the head of a brand, I should know how to empower myself.
2. Faith is the foundation of success. Now that you have done it, you must concentrate on it, do your best, and resign yourself to fate.
3. While maintaining high energy, always encourage and motivate team members, and accompany and support them to do better. While doing a good job of division of labor, it is also very important to do their job.
Different classes are grateful to meet different Gao Ping teachers. She is beautiful, she is quiet, she is gentle, and she is firm. For the rest of my life, it is my expectation to live a high-level state!
