In order to implement the qualification accreditation method for statistical practitioners, according to the requirements of the Notice of the National Bureau of Statistics on Doing a Good Job in the Qualification Accreditation of Statistical Practitioners in 20 13 (Teaching Letter [20 13] No.5), Tianjin Statistical Education Center organized and carried out the continuing education and training for statistical practitioners in 2013 from May this year. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Training scope and objectives
Full-time and part-time statisticians who have obtained statistical qualification certificates in state organs, social organizations, enterprises and institutions within the administrative area of this Municipality; Persons with statistical professional and technical titles. The above-mentioned personnel voluntarily participate in continuing education and training.
Second, organization and management
(a) the continuing education of the city's statistical practitioners is organized and managed by the Tianjin Statistical Education Center, and the statistical departments of all districts and counties and relevant units are responsible for the organization and management of their own regions and units.
(2) The County Bureau of Statistics entrusts schools approved by the education department with training qualifications to be responsible for training.
(three) statistics practitioners continuing education and training materials, unified use of special materials designated by the National Bureau of statistics. All units can order in advance through the Municipal Statistical Education Center.
(4) The continuing education and training of statistical practitioners can be conducted by face-to-face tutoring or part-time training. All units shall conduct training on working days and public holidays, and the face-to-face teaching time shall not be less than 32 hours.

3. Examination time: August 2003 at 9: 00 am-11.
