The Ministry of Education issued the "Opinions on Implementing the National Project 2.0 on Improving the Information Technology Application Ability of Primary and Secondary School Teachers", focusing on promoting the national primary and secondary school teachers (including kindergartens, ordinary primary and secondary schools and secondary vocational schools) to improve their information technology application ability. Leading the cultivation of teachers' information technology application ability with the reform and development of school information education and teaching, grasping the "key population", and putting forward 9 main measures and 4 main tasks. The overall goal is to build a new mechanism for the development of teachers' information literacy by 2022, which is school-based, classroom-based, application-driven, innovation-oriented and accurate evaluation-oriented.
