1. Athletes are forbidden to get any form of outside help in the process of running various distances unless their roller skates are broken.

2. In the running process of each race, the athletes should slide to the finish line along an imaginary straight line, and the normal running of other athletes should not be affected by curve or sideslip.

3. When running in a corner, unless there is enough space to pass along the inside, you can only overtake other athletes from the outside.

4. Under any circumstances, it is forbidden to intentionally and forcibly stop others from sliding out, and it is forbidden to bump, push, pull, block, kick or trip. Deliberately stop others from sliding.

5. When competing on track or closed-loop track, it is forbidden for leading athletes to stop the latter from overtaking or help the overtaken athletes.

6. It is forbidden for athletes' roller skates to touch or step out of the runway line.

7. As long as it doesn't interfere with the competition, athletes can repair the broken roller skates, and if necessary, they can accept new shoes to replace the broken roller skates, but they must do it independently and don't accept outside help.

8. When an athlete falls down during skating, he/she can get up by himself/herself to continue the competition, and no one can help him/her, otherwise he/she will be disqualified.

9. During the competition of any event, the participating athletes should have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, work hard and have a competitive spirit. Those competitors who are negative, depressed and backward should be eliminated in time.

10. In the team competition on the open runway or closed runway, athletes should not only abide by the above rules, but also always slide on the right side of the highway runway, and under no circumstances should they cross the center line of the highway runway, and at the same time, they should strictly obey the instructions of the organizer.
