1. Graduates who graduated from full-time junior college (including overseas study) and obtained bachelor's degree or above (including graduates from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who obtained employment certificate in Nanjing) and graduates who graduated from full-time higher vocational colleges and obtained professional qualification certificate of senior engineer or above. Full-time colleges and universities refer to schools that enter through the general college entrance examination, undergraduate education unified recruitment and full-time postgraduate examination.

2. Within two years after graduation, all kinds of enterprises in our city (including Ningbo and provincial enterprises) or state organs, institutions, private non-enterprise units, social organizations and other employers will be employed or start their own businesses, sign labor contracts with a term of 1 year or above, participate in the endowment insurance for enterprise employees in our city according to law (except flexible employees) or participate in the endowment insurance for enterprise employees in Jiangsu Social Insurance Fund Management Center, and participate in the unemployment insurance in our city.

3. I don't have my own house in Ning (or the only house in my family with my parents), so I rent a house to live in. Houses that are not delivered as agreed in the contract are also recognized as housing for families.

What is the application process?

There are two ways: individual application and service organization application:

Personal application:

Centralized application:

The trainee base (trainee service organization) registers with the people's social security bureau of each district, and then realizes online application.

Collection time:

(1) 16 to 24-year-old unemployed youth in Nanjing, with a probation period of 3- 12 months;

(2) College students registered in Nanjing six months before graduation (including those who have passed the academic degree certification of relevant institutions of the Ministry of Education) have a probation period of three months.

Summary: Employment subsidy funds are special funds set up by the people's governments at or above the district level to promote employment and entrepreneurship, and are managed by the financial department in conjunction with the human resources and social security department (hereinafter referred to as the human resources and social security department). In accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Finance, the unemployment insurance fund used to promote employment expenditure shall be included in the total scale of the annual employment subsidy funds, and shall be separately accounted for and managed with the general public budget funds according to the purposes of the funds specified in these Measures.

Legal basis: Article 5 of the Measures for the Administration of Employment Subsidy Funds in Nanjing City, employment subsidy funds are divided into two categories: subsidies for individuals and units and subsidies for the construction of public employment service capacity. The subsidy funds for individuals and units are used for expenses such as vocational training subsidies, vocational skill appraisal subsidies, social insurance subsidies, employer post subsidies, entrepreneurship subsidies, employment trainee subsidies, job search and entrepreneurship subsidies. Public employment service capacity building subsidy funds are used for employment and entrepreneurship service subsidies and high-skilled personnel training subsidies. If the expenditure policies of employment subsidy funds and unemployment insurance funds of the same project are repeated, individuals and units cannot enjoy them repeatedly.
