20 19 practical experience of railway system [3]
After a 2xx winter and feeling the spring in Beijing, 30 other college students and I came to the locomotive depot of Beijing Railway Bureau for a four-month internship training. I didn't know anything about the railway system at first. Through studying in the vocational education department and application workshop of Beijing Locomotive Depot, I have a deep understanding of the railway system and my position in railway work.

When I came to Beijing Railway Bureau, I was honored to join the ranks of railway people. I am deeply proud that I am one of them! I remember there is a saying that "theory makes people see farther, and practice makes people do it more realistically." I am very happy to participate in this EMU internship training, which has given me a certain understanding of the operation process and personal work nature of the locomotive depot. The following is my summary of my work during this period.

In the past six months, internship training has mainly gone through two processes, first, the theoretical education stage in early March, and the practical learning stage after late March.

In the study of professional knowledge training, the first is to deepen the deep meaning of safety-oriented in the Beijing Locomotive Depot Regulation "Stick to the Taishan principle and promise not to fail", which has gone through the professional safety knowledge training for railway bureau employees, the theoretical explanation of EMU basic knowledge, the understanding and in-depth understanding of railway signals, and the professional skills learning of train on-board equipment. After each stage of study, I passed a rigorous examination, and I completed the examination seriously as required, and successfully conducted the next stage of training.

In the accumulation of practical experience, I visited the working process of the workshop of the locomotive depot and personally felt the working process of the train driver, which enabled me to accumulate the basic abilities that a qualified EMU driver should have, especially during the one-month internship in Beijing to Tianjin, Jinan and Sifang, I got a preliminary understanding of the work of EMU drivers and seriously deepened the theoretical knowledge I learned in the vocational education department. In my mind, I began to accumulate bits and pieces of the first crew standard of EMU, carefully taste the professional qualities that a qualified EMU driver should have, actively cooperate with the work of my EMU driver master, ask more questions, learn more on-site knowledge, and resolutely do what I don't know and don't understand. Can skillfully simulate the driving essentials in your mind under normal driving conditions, and can quickly and accurately reflect the solution when encountering special circumstances.

During and after the internship, I kept recording and thinking about my internship experience in Beijing Locomotive Depot, especially after the April 28 railway accident, and made personal reflection and summary:

First of all, we should join the railway family wholeheartedly. We should look at the railway reform with a calm mind, take part in the work with a positive mind and face life with an optimistic mind. Face the work with a positive attitude at work and do your duty actively. First, be full of confidence. It is recognized that the opportunities of railway reform outweigh the challenges, and the change of environment and the implementation of the "identity conversion" policy will create a new good competitive atmosphere.

Second, we must have a sense of urgency. Cultivate your overall awareness and actively adapt to the reform. We should work hard, turn pressure into motivation, set high standards and strict requirements, and conscientiously complete our work. Doing these tasks well is the first prerequisite for meeting the reform. We must strengthen our sense of hardship in the competition and consciously improve our own quality. Today, with the rapid development of railways, we must have a clear understanding of ourselves. With the continuous strengthening of enterprise reform, we must change the previous concept that we can win the "iron rice bowl" as long as we enter the railway, and the sense of urgency of "porcelain rice bowl" competition is obviously enhanced. Improving one's comprehensive quality is the key to win in reform and competition. After work, we should strengthen our study and replenish energy for ourselves to adapt to the competitive environment. Learn some basic principles and policies of the party and some basic knowledge of railway reform, and understand the necessity of various reform measures of the railway bureau. Recognize the profound connotation of railway reform, enrich yourself in all directions, improve yourself, and make yourself invincible in the future competition.

Third, do your essential work well in a tense and serious environment. Eliminate egoism and impatience. As a preparatory party member, in the next work, we must guard against arrogance and rashness, be strict with ourselves, always tell ourselves to do more with less, and always put the interests of the locomotive depot above personal interests. Try to be decisive and meticulous when you encounter problems in your work and life, and find reasons from yourself when you encounter things that are not satisfactory. Overcome lax psychology, set goals in life and work, turn disadvantages and failures into driving forces for progress, maintain strong combat effectiveness, be proactive and work hard.

Fourth, be brave in pioneering and innovating, and always maintain the vitality and vitality of the work. In my future work, I will give full play to my enthusiasm, initiative and creativity. Before, I also read an article about the poor treatment of college students in railway enterprises, which should be a regional and local phenomenon. This college student's point of view is still relatively comprehensive.

Because I saw some posts about college students on the railway, I felt that what I said was one-sided, so I opened a new post to show my views in case people who don't know the truth go astray. After all, more and more college students have entered the railway.

Let me introduce myself briefly. After graduating from university in 20 17, he entered the railway (2 1 1). Because my major is network engineering, which belongs to computer-related, I was assigned to the telecommunications department.

Then, like many people, I officially became a signalman through the internship of 20 17 and was assigned to the workshop work area. So far in this process, just like my name, I have been confused and hesitant. I used to be like a wild horse that lost its direction. I was so proud that I could only spin in the same place. Simply put, it is very impetuous. The surrounding environment, your leader and your colleagues all think that college students should not come to the railway. As a result, I felt invisible, as if I had really been "wasted" on the railway. But after 20 17 officially started working, my thoughts have been very different.

The first is getting along with colleagues. In the past two years, I have changed seven work areas (I experienced four different types of work areas during my internship, which was arranged by the section leader for our quick contact with the railway, and changed three work areas in the signal workshop after the post was fixed), and I got along well with my colleagues in each work area. At the beginning, I also muddled along, and the big environment was just muddling along. Many new college students look down on 1 online workers. I want to say that this is very wrong. Because everyone has something you respect and learn. It is true that most of the workers on the 1 line have not received a good education, and their manners are relatively free and easy on weekdays. However, as long as there is no moral quality problem, we should not treat others with special respect. Instead, we should take the initiative to approach and help each other. If we can influence young people with our own actions and show the achievements of our university quality education, it will be more effective for the railway to recruit college students.

The second is the study of related businesses. When I first came to the telecommunications department, I studied safety and put safety first in everything. Then there is the track circuit switch or something. I didn't understand it then. I looked at the circuit diagram and thought that was it. So, too impetuous. Now it seems that there is really too much knowledge about electricity. Let's talk about this track circuit first. Do you know why 25HZ is used instead of 5HZ? Why can the traction current pass through the choke transformer and be isolated at 25HZ? Any kind of equipment is enough for you to study for a period of time. So many college students know that complaints can't be reused, but they don't think about why. At the very least, you have to do a good job to be convincing.

Third, wages are lower than other monopoly industries or engineering units. This talk about low and high is actually relative. However, just saying that the average monthly average is 22 (there are differences in different regions, and the average should be 2) can really play another important role of the railway system besides transportation-stabilizing society. As we all know, the railway in China is actually a system that provides a large number of jobs. Many people were admitted, but the work efficiency was not high. In fact, everyone should have this experience. Work, three people can, two people can, 1 it seems that individuals can. As a result, the railway system is seriously congested. Demobilized soldiers and children of the railway have documents indicating that they need to be received, and the result is drought and flood. 1 online workers are sometimes very tired, but most of the time they are still good. There is no pressure, no academic qualifications or hard skills. Therefore, this money is not small. (PS: Everyone wants the more salary, the better, including me)

Fourth, the future development of the railway. It is justified and necessary for new college students to think of this problem. Personally, I think we should catch up with a good era. There are many challenges, problems and opportunities in this era of railway leap-forward development. The use of all kinds of new equipment makes us learn useful things, and it must be supported by our theoretical knowledge. Although we are not a research and development department, we only use and maintain it. However, if you don't know anything and learn nothing, I think that in the face of a new round of high-speed rail development, you will eventually be eliminated and become an ordinary signalman.

Fifth, about whether to change jobs. I believe many people have thought about this problem, because we are also confused people and think about everything. However, this problem can only be seen by different people. After all, the quality of each college student is different, and the results in different situations are naturally different. If you want to get high income directly from what you have learned in school immediately, then the railway will really block your financial path. This is true of any salaried position or industry. Then, I think it is not a good suggestion for most college students to find another job in this economic crisis era. The railway has a low starting point and is easy to get started. If you can't be a frontline worker, I think you may not be able to enter this world.

Sixth, the final suggestion. People are never equal. Some people are born billionaires, and some people can't even see the first ray of sunshine. Therefore, it is most important to live with a positive attitude. You can work hard for your ideal, or you can simply eat, drink and be merry every day. People are decades, less complaining, more understanding.

Paying is not necessarily rewarding, but not paying is really rewarding. If you don't remember the return, you will often get a great return.

This hot summer vacation is a turning point in my life. Just out of school, I went directly to Baise, Guangxi for an internship. This is the first time that I have left my hometown to practice abroad alone. I feel a little excited and worried about being separated from my family and protected by my parents. I am excited because I have a little more freedom to feel and experience new things, and I am worried because I will adapt to all aspects of the outside world when I go out alone for the first time?

It's almost 13 days since I came to the company for internship, and my life has changed a lot. From lazy study in the past to exciting work now, I changed my schedule, especially the morning meeting at 6 am, which played an important role in awakening us from drowsiness. The food at noon is very good, and the dishes will be updated every day, so that we can get sufficient nutritional supplements. The living and working environment is very good, and air conditioning, TV, computer and so on are all complete, so that we can both work and relax. What has the deepest influence on me is manager Zhou. He is a little fat and his waist is a little hurt, but he still gets up early and has early meetings like us, and goes to the construction site by car every day to direct, setting an example and playing a pioneering role.

At work, I was assigned to the engineering department, mainly responsible for the work in the industry. Although indoor work is the busiest and most complicated work, and the project pays more attention to on-site technicians than librarians, it does not affect my enthusiasm for work, because everything is the same to me and it is a learning process. These days, I mainly learned that the office is responsible for the management, planning, statistical management and internal secretarial management of project data files during project construction. It can be said that the quality has a far-reaching impact on the project. It is one of the effective ways to query engineering problems and an important part of project submission. It provides an important foundation for all aspects of the project. At the same time, I have accumulated a lot of knowledge.

I deeply felt the value of the computer knowledge I had learned before. It is a good opportunity to exercise yourself. The practice of theory has enriched my knowledge. It is not enough to study in the work area, but also ask. Here are basically my predecessors and leaders. Their work experience, good living habits, appropriate interpersonal skills and serious work attitude are all aspects of my study. Especially my minister, who basically knows everything, always answers his questions clearly. Let me have a general understanding of the construction process of our project, and occasionally go to the construction site with the minister or colleagues. I have a better understanding of on-site construction, and shotcrete, lining and support are all places I want to master. Security is also an important aspect. We should be more careful in doing our homework. While doing all kinds of safety work well, we should race against time and not blindly race against time. Otherwise, the accident will be in one second.

In short, as the first stop after I graduated from school, I gained a lot, especially because it enabled me to fully combine theoretical knowledge with practice and greatly improved my theoretical knowledge level. Of course, there have been places where my work is not in place during this period. I am convinced that this is also a basic point of my work success and will have a far-reaching and positive impact on my future work.
