Personal leave: Teachers should generally arrange personal affairs on legal holidays, winter and summer vacations. Unless there are special circumstances, personal leave is not allowed in principle. If it is really necessary to ask for leave due to special reasons, the employee shall be paid the basic performance salary in full within one semester 10 days; Accumulated personal leave 10 days and less than 30 days (including 30 days), one month's basic performance salary will be deducted; If the personal leave exceeds 30 days, the basic performance salary will be deducted accordingly; If the on-the-job personnel are absent from work for more than 7 days or 1 day, the reward performance salary will be deducted accordingly.

Maternity leave: 98 days of maternity leave for female teachers, including 15 days before delivery; In case of dystocia, maternity leave shall be increased 15 days; In case of multiple births, the maternity leave will be increased by 15 days for each additional birth. If the teacher gives birth late (if the married woman is over 24 years old or gives birth late 1 child), in addition to the maternity leave stipulated by the state, the maternity leave will be increased by 30 days; Those who receive the honor certificate of the only child's parents during maternity leave will be given another 30 days of maternity leave and the man will enjoy 15 days of nursing leave. Increased maternity leave and nursing leave are regarded as attendance. If a female teacher cannot adapt to her original job during pregnancy, childbirth and lactation, all units shall reduce the workload or arrange other adaptable jobs according to the medical certificate; For female employees who have been pregnant for more than 7 months, all units shall not extend their working hours or arrange their night work.

Family leave: Because teachers have winter and summer vacations, family leave should be arranged during the winter and summer vacations.

Sick leave: Teachers who can't stick to their normal work due to illness can apply for leave. The vacation period is determined according to the actual situation. Anyone who has been sick for more than 5 days 1 month (including 1 month) must have a hospital diagnosis certificate; If the patient has been sick for more than 1 month, the hospital medical record, examination and inspection report shall be attached. In addition to accidental injuries, there are also diagnosis certificates, medical records and inspection reports. Must be provided by hospitals at or above the county level (limited to county-level people's hospitals).

Teachers who are less than 1 month (including 1 month) will be paid according to the average level of their own units. Except for the long-term sick leave staff who suffer from cancer, mental illness or other serious diseases and are approved by the Education Bureau, the rest of the non-serious illness leave exceeds 1 month, which will be deducted from their performance pay during the holiday period.

Public holidays: Teachers attend various meetings organized by or approved by the administrative department of education, study and training related to education and teaching, scientific research activities, etc. Or travel due to the work of the company, you can apply for public leave with a certificate or notice. Teachers who are representatives or members of Party committees, people's congresses, governments, political consultative conferences, women's federations, trade unions and other organizations at all levels may apply for general holidays to attend corresponding meetings and official activities, as well as meetings or research activities organized by relevant departments with the consent of the education administrative department at or above the county level. During the public holidays, teachers' salaries and benefits will be paid as usual.

The wages and benefits of teachers during their leave shall be implemented according to the regulations of the school unless otherwise stipulated by the school.
