The list of special care recipients, including soldiers and their families, disabled soldiers, families of veterans and martyrs, survivors of soldiers who died in the line of duty, and survivors of deceased soldiers, was published, covering eight aspects of special care recipients such as honor, life, pension, medical care, housing, education and cultural transportation 153 people. During the war and active service, the names and deeds of active servicemen who won personal merit citation class II or above and were commended at or above the theater level shall be recorded in local chronicles at or above the county level. The local people's government shall send good news to the families of soldiers who have won medals, honorary titles, merit citation class IV, merit citation class III or above, and who have been commended by merit citation class III or above. Priority is given to hiring outstanding servicemen as supernumerary counselors, red tourist attractions, and interpreters of martyrs memorial facilities. Advocate the use of large-scale gatherings, event broadcasts, flights, vehicles, airports, stations, docks and other carriers and forms to publicize the outstanding typical advanced deeds of active servicemen.
