What are the registration requirements for standardized training for residents?
The registration conditions for standardized training of residents are medical undergraduates or above who have completed the task of standardized training of residents. The training time requires three years for undergraduate graduates, two years for master graduates and one year for doctoral graduates/kloc-0.

Doctors participating in standardized training can be roughly divided into three categories: graduate students with professional degrees in the same year who were included in collaborative medical education, residents who participated in standardized training and needed to complete standardized training for Chinese medicine residents for 1 to 3 years and obtain the national doctor qualification certificate, residents who failed the previous theoretical examination, or those who passed the theoretical examination but failed the clinical practice ability assessment.

Standardized training of residents follows six principles.

Resident training is in the process of gradual standardization from scratch. Hospitals that carry out this training follow six principles in management, namely, the principle of combining specialty with specialty, the principle of combining theory with practice, the principle of combining self-study with counseling, and the principle of combining work with study.

Work-oriented principle, rigorous work style, solid foundation, extensive knowledge, focus on the principle of ability training, adhere to the combination of training, assessment and application. Only in this way can we really cultivate practical medical talents and senior medical experts who meet the needs of socialist health work in China.
