When the Food and Drug Administration comes to check, if it finds that there is no training, it is said that there is a lack of training and you need to rectify it.

Second, GMP training should be given to pharmaceutical production operators to cultivate quality awareness, GMP awareness and standardization awareness. Think about it. Drugs are for people, not for diseases. They are closely related to life and cannot be ignored at all. Through GMP training, front-line workers can be strengthened to operate according to specifications to some extent, and quality problems and hidden dangers caused by improper production can be avoided.

Third, in addition to training GMP, we should also train SOP, microbiology, hygiene and so on.
