1, UTC certificate is a skill certificate jointly certified by DJI DJI, General Aviation Branch of China Air Transport Association (CATA) and China Adult Education Association (CAEA), and issued by DJI Huifei and China Air Transport Association. UTC certificate can fly to DJI, which is recognized by DJI system and some governments, such as shenzhen public. UTC certificate is only the qualification of enterprise's working ability, and its effectiveness is lower than AOPA but slightly higher than ASFC.
