3. Appraiser's declaration and review

According to the needs of the development of local appraisal work and the qualification of appraisers, cities recommend personnel to participate in the appraiser training courses organized by the province. The provincial vocational skill appraisal guidance center conducts qualification examination and organizes training for the applicants.

4. Training, assessment and certification of evaluators

Under the guidance of the vocational skill appraisal institution of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the provincial or industrial vocational skill appraisal guidance center organizes training, assessment and certification. The qualification certificate of the general type of work appraiser is issued by the provincial administrative department of labor security.

5. Appointment and management of appraisers

The appointment and use of evaluators shall be arranged by the provincial or industrial vocational skill appraisal guidance center as a whole, and meet the following requirements:

(1) Appraisers shall employ appraisers among qualified personnel, and specify the responsibilities, rights and benefits of appraisers in the form of employment contracts.

(2) The evaluation team should be composed of evaluation personnel by irregular rotation. The evaluation team leader should have certain organizational management ability and more than one year's experience in professional skill appraisal.
