Seafarer training is divided into senior crew training and general crew training. Every year, officers are trained through enrollment, as well as social crew members. Officer classes can go to school to learn relevant knowledge and take exams in different subjects. Ordinary crew classes need to be registered in advance, and when the number of applicants makes up the number of students in a class, they will be notified to study and train in the school.

Binzhou Vocational College is a full-time general higher vocational school approved by Shandong Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. It is the backbone demonstration vocational college in Shandong Province, the first batch of national backbone vocational colleges and the first batch of high-quality vocational colleges in Shandong Province. Binzhou Vocational College was established with the approval of Shandong Provincial People's Government in July, 20001. It is formed by the merger of Binzhou Agricultural School, Binzhou Health School, Binzhou Industrial School, Binzhou Economic School and Binzhou Agricultural Science Research Institute.
