China citizens who meet the following conditions may apply to take the national unified examination for certified public accountants-the vocational stage examination:

(1) Having full capacity for civil conduct;

(2) Having a junior college degree or above, or having an intermediate or above technical title in accounting or related major. The examination is held once a year, and the registration time for the national unified examination for certified public accountants is generally from mid-March to mid-April each year. The specific time is determined by the local examination committees, which should generally be no less than 20 working days.
