Xi 'an Electric Power College is a full-time ordinary college engaged in personnel training of power system and related industries and staff training inside and outside the system. Its predecessor was the original Xi 'an Electric Power School, which was founded in 1953 and upgraded to Xi 'an Electric Power College in 1994. It belongs to Shaanxi Electric Power Company of State Grid Corporation and is also the staff training center of Northwest Electric Power System.
