Property management application conditions
According to the provisions of Articles 33 and 61 of the State Council's Property Management Regulations, personnel engaged in property management must obtain professional qualification certificates in accordance with relevant state regulations. In order to meet the demand of the labor market for property managers and standardize the professional behavior of employees, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security issued the Implementation Measures for the Pilot Work of National Unified Appraisal of Property Managers' Professional Qualifications (No.3 [2002] of Lao She Jian Fa), which made detailed provisions on the unified appraisal of property managers and decided to carry out unified training and assessment of property managers nationwide. I. Introduction to Qualification Certificate Qualification certificate is an internationally accepted certification system for technical and technical personnel, which is divided into five grades. The current human resources policy of the country is to implement the system of paying equal attention to academic qualifications and professional qualifications. There are three levels of property management profession, namely: property manager (national vocational qualification level 4), assistant property manager (national vocational qualification level 3) and property manager (national vocational qualification level 2). Second, the charging standard is 2,800 yuan for the assistant property manager and 3,800 yuan for the property manager (including training fees, teaching materials, materials, cross talk, examinations and certificate fees). Third, the examination methods are theoretical knowledge examination and operation examination, both of which adopt closed-book written examination. The theoretical knowledge test is one and a half hours, and the skill operation test is two hours. The total score of each exam is 100, and those who reach 60 points in both exams are considered qualified. Property managers also have to write papers and defend them. Four. Application conditions 1. The property manager (meeting one of the following conditions) (1) has been engaged in the professional work for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional assistant property manager, and has been trained by the professional property manager to reach the standard hours and obtained the certificate of completion. (2) Having been engaged in the professional work for more than 5 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional property assistant manager. (3) Have a college degree, have been engaged in this profession for more than 8 years continuously, have received formal training of standard hours specified by this professional property manager, and have obtained a certificate of completion. (4) Have a bachelor's degree, have been engaged in this profession for more than 6 years continuously, have reached the standard hours stipulated in the formal training of this professional property manager, and have obtained a certificate of completion. 2. Assistant Property Manager: (Meet one of the following conditions) (1) A person who has obtained a professional property management qualification certificate has been engaged in this profession for more than two years, and has been trained by the professional assistant property manager to reach the required standard hours and obtained a certificate of completion. (2) Having been engaged in the professional work for more than three years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the professional property manager. (3) Obtain a bachelor's degree or above in this major or related major. V. Certificate Status Participate in the unified examination of property management professional qualification. After passing the examination, you will get the corresponding level of professional qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, which is widely used throughout the country. 6.
