Solidly carry out technical training
Farmland grading is a highly technical job. In order to ensure the quality of the results, Fujian Province regards strengthening the technical training of business personnel as an important task of classification work. First of all, the Fujian Provincial Department of Land and Resources and the Land and Resources Bureaus of all districts and cities sent professional technicians (a total of 12 people) to participate in the technical training course on agricultural land grading and evaluation held by the Ministry of Land and Resources in Beijing at the end of 2000. Subsequently, the Fujian Provincial Department of Land and Resources organized a deployment meeting of agricultural land (cultivated land) grading and evaluation and a three-day technical training course on agricultural land (cultivated land) grading and evaluation in Fuzhou in early June of 20001. The leaders and technical backbones of land and resources bureaus of cities and counties (districts) in the province attended the meetings and training courses. During the training, the classification, grading and evaluation of agricultural land were explained in detail. Through the training, the trainees have a basic understanding and mastery of the Rules of Agricultural Land Classification and Grading (special for land and resources investigation) and the Rules of Agricultural Land Valuation. After the work deployment meeting of Fujian Provincial Department of Land and Resources, various districts and cities held meetings one after another to arrange the classification of agricultural land (cultivated land), and some districts and cities such as Sanming City and Longyan City also held technical training courses accordingly. According to incomplete statistics, more than 2,000 people in the province have participated in all kinds of agricultural land (cultivated land) classification training, which has played a positive role in promoting the classification of agricultural land (cultivated land) in the province.
